This privacy notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to explain for what purposes and how we process the personal data of people who visit the pikap.agency website, fill in our forms or book a meeting with us.

- To receive and assess your quote, information and meeting requests and get back to you,

4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: processing being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, being necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, and being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to suppliers from whom we receive services such as hosting, email, analytics and meeting scheduling, to our business partners and, upon request, to competent public authorities. As the servers of services such as meeting scheduling (Calendly) and web analytics may be located abroad, such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically and partly through automated means via the contact form on our website, the meeting scheduling tool, email correspondence and cookies.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation; once these periods end, it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it if so,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request its erasure or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK, and request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred,
- Object to any outcome against you that arises from analysis exclusively through automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
