What did we solve?
We built a website for Makro Prefabrik that speaks directly to its B2C audience, organising the whole experience around that audience and the selected markets. We set up the Meta and Google Ads accounts and supported the process with SEO. Creative pages enriched the interface and increased time spent on the site.
We mapped how the purchase and lead-signal experience differs by product type, then fed those differences into more aggressive landing pages and wizards without hurting SEO performance.
With structures more compact than a CRM, we gave our client real-time lead tracking and feedback for every conversion type — without tying them to a CRM.
Separate SEO clusters were created for each product segment, with building blocks that support regional search intent. Content focused on technical accuracy strengthened the brand’s authority.
We developed a scalable product page architecture, optimised imagery, improved load times and reduced interface response time.

We measured conversion quality in real time with a WhatsApp webhook.
Using the Google Ads API, we fed the data captured from WhatsApp via webhook back into the system to make it dynamic.
We took a creative approach by segmenting campaign types along the sales funnel.
Each campaign type targeted a different stage of the funnel. To make the structure work, we supported it with DSA and similar campaigns as well as budget optimisation.

We increased time spent on the site. Comparison pages and selection wizards deepened the experience.

At Makro Çelik, we rebuilt the digital experience around the end user’s decision-making process. To make it easier to move between product segments, technical specifications and use cases, we developed comparison pages, advanced filters and selection wizards, and built the content strategy on the same user behaviour. The payoff in SEO went beyond visibility: we saw it in core user metrics such as time on site and bounce rate.
On Google Ads, instead of a one-size-fits-all campaign approach, we set up an integrated structure that works across the different stages of the sales funnel. Demand Gen created new demand, Search campaigns with strong CTAs captured active demand, DSA widened search coverage and Performance Max supported conversions. Ad traffic landed on dedicated landing pages built around search intent, so we could run more aggressive, conversion-focused pages for paid traffic while keeping the organic content architecture intact.
We also took the measurement model beyond form submissions, bringing phone calls and WhatsApp interactions into the conversion process. Until Makro’s own CRM was ready, a temporary webhook-based setup collected lead quality from the client in real time. We matched this data with GCLIDs and fed it back to Google, creating a structure that optimises for real lead quality rather than just conversion volume.
In the end, design, content, advertising and measurement stopped working as separate pieces. Every signal a user leaves, from first touch to qualified enquiry, became part of the same strategy.
