The current structure of Volkswagen Alvin, along with the scattered presentation of vehicle information and corporate content, was prolonging the user decision journey. Vehicle technical details, campaigns, authorized service information, and used car content were prepared with different logic and behaved inconsistently across devices. This increased the navigation load and reduced the visibility of conversion points.
Therefore, all content modules were reorganized. The detailed screens for presenting vehicle technical information were redesigned; corporate pages were made fully compatible with the CMS panel. Flows related to service, test drives, sales, and campaigns were clarified. Panel-integrated components, form structures, and navigation layout were restructured, making the platform faster, clearer, and more manageable.

In a data-intensive structure like Volkswagen, the most critical need is quick access to technical content. Modularizing vehicle details, service flows, and campaign modules naturally reduced delays in user behavior. This approach is one of the most reliable methods to make transformation points visible in the automotive industry. Having the CMS and interface work in harmony shortened management processes and strengthened the platform's technical stability. As a result, Alvin achieved a clearer, faster, and sales-oriented user experience.
